Mancini

Well, I spoke to someone who is most definitely in the know a few weeks ago in the Directors' Lounge at the Fulham v City game; someone senior who worked with Mancini and he said that whatever I had heard, Mancini was many many times worse to work with.

Oh great!! More negative briefings from ITKs at the Club. Hope it wasn't another failed kit man!!

Yes we have moved on as a Club, however, when the media reveal that Moyes was the fourth person interviewed on the short list to be manager, Txiki and Ferran won't be looking too clever.

The kit man doesn't count a senior. I asked a question and got an answer. Whether anyone on here likes the answer or not, it is an indication of what key decision makers at the club thought about Mancini and if anyone on here does not understand the importance of that, they are a bit dim.

Lol. You have the sort of mentality that thinks a bureaucratic in a hospital
Is more important than the surgeon who saves people's lives.

It seems pretty clear to me that Mancini has got pissed of with negative briefings from the Club. It is time for everyone to move on - not just Roberto.

Have the decency to name the ITK you claim to know.

All opinion, of course.

You realise it's actually impossible for Pellers to have won a trophy for us at this stage?

And to be fair, we're challenging on three more fronts than we were this time last year.

But you go ahead and call other posters stubborn.

pelli is doing a decent job, what I'm saying is bob is better.
"Decent".

If Mancini had us in this position you'd all be wanking yourselves silly.

Pellegrini is doing a great job but the proof is in the trophy cabinet. Pellegrini can become a great manager for us but he could also become one that is remembered for the style of football and not the trophies he won.

It's only trophies that matter at this level and no one can knock Mancini for delivering those.

Can't really argue with that.

He's still in all four competitions, we have a final next month. He's in a great position to win trophies.

Again, it's impossible for him to have already won a trophy with us.

Same old points being made by the same old posters. Isn't Groundhog Day in early February? Very fitting with the handful of posters in question from Bluemoon-MCFC.

No matter what he was like at times, no matter what his negatives were they will never ever outweigh the positives he brought to this football club. Nothing you could reveal (and I've been told things myself and also have of the players) could change that. I wouldn't think any less of him for any of it. I don't know why you keep on saying the same old shite over and over as if it's enlightening us to the truths we're all missing out on. We know them and don't care, you're just fighting a losing battle.

And people actually think Bobby has this journalists number in his speed dial, waited until the final whistle at 16:51 yesterday and banged out this interview to be put out there during our worst run of league form all season? Don't know what planet some people are on sometimes!

Are the Mancini inners still butthurt and crying over him?

Perhaps you can take out another advert to thank him for this interview.

I didn't say it wasn't going to be possible. Like I said he is doing a great job and I expect him to win trophies with us. If he doesn't then I expect he will come under pressure.

That's the pressure that comes of being manager of this football club nowadays.

MP is just doing a decent job at the moment. It could turn out to be a great season at which time he'll get praised for it. But we are in 3rd so the season could go either way fot me.

Has fuck all to do with RM though.

At the end of the day the so called ITKs on here nowadays know just as much as the rest of us - the truth of the matter is we all want Pellegrini to succeed. So far I'd suggest he's done a decent job but not spectacular. Reading one or two on here you'd think Mancini is the devil and pellers is the epitome of greatness. I hope it's the second one but will judge in the summer. However pellers team has had an extra £100m spent on it.
