cant help but laugh at some of his substitutions and tactics! horrendous at times, i dont know what goes through his head

and from where your sat you know who's injured who's got a knock not fully fit close to two bookings the list my friend is endless and if you know better your wasted in your job ;)

and back to the old days of change for changes sake

To be fair he has a point after the Silva one on Sunday.Going to a 352 helped get us back into the game(despite Kolorov doing nothing). To take Silva off in a game we had to win was baffling.Even more so when we then waited until about the 86th minute to get Nasri on,a draw was worth fuck all on Sunday we had to go for broke after the QPR result.

Good manager is good manager, it didn't went half bad for Barcelona and Juventus to appoint managers without any experience at high pressure jobs or in Guardiola's case any experience at firs team managerial job at all.. And those are only recent examples of such stuff.

And many serial winners lost their jobs numerous times so same will happen with Mancini if he doesn't deliver results board wants. There are no many high class and proved managers available these days, the old guard is coming to end and we're gonna see lot of young managers appointments soon.

It doesn't have to be Laudrup but he's not bad shout imo, he'd get some bigger job soon.

It was yet more ridiculous substitutions from Mancini.

Even if Mancini don´t win a trophy this year(CS aside) I still like to see him in charge next year.

Doesn't seem to have the tactical ability to work out parked buses and high pressing mobile teams. The player personnel is part to blame but the structure of the squad is of his choosing, he had a bottomless wallet for several windows and could have bought wingers, fast midfielders, anything he wanted really.

A clown...he looks ridiculous with all these "support manure in the CL" stuff.
But can't do his own job.....

The owners are just delaying the inevitable and sending us backwards by keeping Mancini erasing all the good work last season, 1 step forward 2 steps back..

Have individuals go out there performing like ours did and it worst matter what tactics you play.

Tonight showed the folly of not getting a replacement in for Balotelli, I looked at the changes that needed to be made and we were woefully short of options.
