Get in! Properly made up. Have given up the booze since Xmas to make sure I remembered it this time around. Well done, Manuel. Muy bien! Knew we would do it xXxX

Well done but fucking hell that's a long time. Get a pint down today - I bet even Milner had a beer last night! :)

lol nice try tolm, like it or not we should be playing in a cup final next week. you know it, I know it and more important he'll know it. to be fair to him the back up players next season should be much strong than this. lets hope so. I wanna go for the lot :)

Utterly shameless. I trust you turned up yesterday in full Charlie Caroli ensemble as promised?! ;)

The funny thing is if we were in the cup final I am pretty sure Liverpool would be celebrating today as the extra game match would most likely have seen us playing 4 matches in 9 days at one point in the season and very likely to have derailed our season. Fantastic as the FA Cup is, for me League win> FA Cup win every time.

The league game after the Wigan game was one of the most important moments of the season, where our ten men beat 11 man Hull. A game that required huge amounts of energy, stamina and will. Say no more.

I couldn't , the deal was I'd wear it if we went in to the last game as champions, tempted though I was I didn't want to jinx it.

I will be wearing it next sat though as I watch arsenal win OUR cup.

I'd much prefer OUR cup to be the one we lifted yesterday.

In the original "Discuss Pellegrini" thread I posted about Yaya's goal vs Palace and Pellegrini's reaction. What I was trying to say back then without jinxing the run in was that Peller's reaction to Yaya's goal seemed to say to me "that's it, we've got the league".

I was minded of the Vinny goal vs the rags in the title winning season 2 years ago. Seemed one of those pivotal moments.

Either that or I've not paid enough attention to MP's celebrations!

Well done Pellers. Last few games he mixed attacking intent with pragmatism and delivered when it mattered. Cannot ask for more than that. A perfect day yesterday to cap off what have been some prefect performances when we hit the front. Mightily impressed.

It will be an absolute disgrace when Pellegrini isn't voted manager of the season. A domestic double including the league title in his first season is worthy of the award no matter what the achievements of the also rans.

Very well done to Manuel Pellegrini. All those that have questioned some of his decisions and doubted his ability (myself included) must hold our hands up and give him enormous credit today.

The proof is in the pudding, and he's put two trophies in the cabinet this year, including the most important one yesterday. As everyone agrees, he seems a lovely, humble man and it's fantastic that one of the good guys has won the biggest trophy.

As I've said before, I think with one or two additions in the summer (a centre back and back up central midfielder) that are suited to his style of play, I think we'll go from strength to strength next year. I think even more so now with the respect he can command after winning the title.

Well done Manuel, I am absolutely delighted as a City fan, and delighted for you and your family that you proved any doubts that I had to be unfounded.

¡Bien hecho!
