Tonight I would rather we'd gone out playing some young kids who had something to prove...
Underlying all this is my anxiety that the Spaniards are keeping their heads down whilst Pellers takes the heat . They carry the can for our summer mis-signings and the laughing stock of cakegate which sends out a message that the players can do what the f they want.

We've lost two games in a row due to his cluelessness and tactical ineptitude, he should climb into Sheik Mansour's Lambourghini and drive himself back to the Iberian peninsula, IMHO.

He might be a charming man but he's not the man for Man City, last season I seen him as a decent man manager who won't change his tactics, this season he's failed. Simple as that. In the summer we need a change.

Just won a double. Get a grip

Despite of or because of ?

Got to go in the summer in my opinion. Sure he's a decent man manager but his 'charm' seems to be working against him almost, the players no longer give a fuck, whatever happens on the pitch it doesn't matter they're not getting a bollocking off it. He's no tactitian that's for sure and he hasn't took us forward in europe which is what he was brought in to do. The defence is a shambles and teams are nullifying our attacks with little trouble. Maybe its just me but I'd take a dickhead who is a born winner like mourinho or simeone over a pellegrini type but don't think that'll happen under the current regime so not sure who we'd be after should he go.

Surely if that was the case they would have given him his transfer.

When was the last time you felt Pellegrini won us a match?

Mourinho wins games for Chelsea regularly, Bacon face used to do it all the time.

Can't remember ever feeling one of our victories was due to Pellegrini.

At the minute it feels like he thinks because we've got better players we'll win, regardless of how we set up or approach the game.

Pellegrini's rigid tactics don't help but the lack of effort and lack of desire from the players is our real undoing. Sagna's labored attempts in the air tonight said it all - he doesn't give a shit. It's not just about blaming the manager the core of this team let Mancini down - they are now doing the same to Pellers. There's a bad attitude in that team at the moment just like in 2012. The change of manager papered over the cracks last year but the problem has now returned. Changing the manager again won't fix this problem - the senior players need to step up or ship out.

Huge challenge for MP in the coming week to get this lot slapped into shape - one might even say "massive"
Saw these two losses coming quicker than a Wenger excuse
A serious malaise seems to have set in - lack of desire and hunger after last season?
Can MP´s softly softly managerial approach turn this around or are too many players taking the piss ?

Scratching my head as to what´s wrong but something obviously is - the system?

Need a bit of siege mentality for Sunday
