He might be a charming man but he's not the man for Man City, last season I seen him as a decent man manager who won't change his tactics, this season he's failed. Simple as that. In the summer we need a change.

3 months into the season after Mancini won the title there were mancini out threads, with the very people calling for his head on here now having a go at folk for wanting pellegrini's head. ycmiu

Oh and i don't want him out but he needs to sort this shit out asap.....

He's had both Villarreal and Malaga consistently play above themselves but how's he managed it? With more resources and better players we are playing well below what we are capable of.

He may have been a calming influence after Mancini but he isn't inspiring, motivating, flexible or tactically astute. In fact the only positive I can think of him is his calming nature.

I have no more expectations for this season other than a top 4 finish. I'm already thinking about a new manager.
