Pellegrini's rigid tactics don't help but the lack of effort and lack of desire from the players is our real undoing. Sagna's labored attempts in the air tonight said it all - he doesn't give a shit. It's not just about blaming the manager the core of this team let Mancini down - they are now doing the same to Pellers. There's a bad attitude in that team at the moment just like in 2012. The change of manager papered over the cracks last year but the problem has now returned. Changing the manager again won't fix this problem - the senior players need to step up or ship out.

Why would they they've all just been handed 4 year meal tickets....No incentive-nothing to prove.

He's starting to fucking annoy me!

I don't know if he's naïve, blasé or just out of touch with the reality of how good we are (ie. he thinks we're as good as Madrid or Bayern, when we're not) and he just thinks we're going blaze past everyone.

His formations are wrong, he isn't picking the right teams, he isn't making the right subs, he looks adverse to adapting to different situations, he's leaving a future elite centre half out of the squad which baffles me, he hasn't instilled the right mentality into this team as a champion side (same as Mancini didn't two years ago).

With every pound extra my seasoncard goes up (of which there have been around 200 of them since we won the league under Mancini) my expectations go up and my patience goes down and Pellegrini isn't helping either situation out.

Plus in Europe we look no better this season than when Napoli split our midfield and defence wide open and Cavani slotted it in at the South Stand end in 2011.

The bloke annoying me as well .
It looks to me as though he doesn't look how other teams play.
He just thinks 4-4-2 and we will win .
You after do your home work on other teams .
He got found out tonight he got found out against West Ham and he got found last week against CSKA Moscow .
And I wasn't impressed with are win against Spurs .

Tonight (certainly in my mind anyway) was a free pass for Manuel. Kolarov pre game made it clear this comp is 4th on our priority list at best. 7 changes to the team (who should be able to cope with the Geordies) showed us why some of those 7 are 2nd choice.

Never happy losing but tonight, not hugely arsed. Only criticism is given where this is on our priority list, Silva and Aguero should have been tucked up in bed at 7:00 tonight and nowhere near the stadium.

Sunday is the big one.

Listen its not about higher ground and i aint gonna fall out with you but you cannot say playing silva wasnt suicidal..it was.Im not arsed about losing a game..that happens but the silva injury is whats fucked me off.His decisions are barmy
