Can we not bicker?

I like Pellers, comes across well, tactic wise he's no Ferguson, Jose or Mancini but he's kept our players happy and winning so he deserves credit.

A 9.5 out of 10 for me.

But to be fair I never had a problem with Roberto, both managers have been right the right men for their time
Well said Duc, just a few burning embers from old battlefield fires remain and most of those would appear to be from scorched egos.

Vieira on Pellegrini: "In a really small lapse of time everybody fell in love with him."

Vieira obviously doesn't frequent this site then......;-)

Very unfair that chap. The main thing you can level at him from a tactical point of view this season is an insistence, though this could be argued perhaps little more than a belief in the players, to carry out a certain system, and that was something we had to commit too sooner or later anyway. He's certainly more tactically astute in an attacking sense than all managers you've mentioned.

mancini will always be part of our folklore and MP has taken on the mantle superbly , MP appears boring to our media friends , and therefore does not get the adulation of one trick pony rodgers or gob shite mourinho , If we keep on winning 2 trophies a season , i will quite happily read all about the martyrs and chelski on the back pages , whilst we fill our trophy cabinet.

In what world is Mancini further ahead of Pellegrini and on par with Mourinho and Fergie?

agreed they have all season tried to get him to say something controversial and he never fell for it. He has been a breath of fresh air handles himself with class and maturity. It's plainly obvious he has the players respect as unlike previous years there have been so few stories of unrest or strife. The press kept bringing up the lack of success he's had since he left South America and he's shoved it back down their throats with 2 trophies. Not bad for a transitional season for a guy new to the league.

Agreed. Different situations call for different management. I sense the natives are feeling a bit restless and want the blood of their enemies, though, and I imagine they feel they have free reign.
