Hart needs to go if ter stegen joins no way will he be happy on the bench I rate hart he is excellent in one on one situations and has kept us in games countless times in the last couple of seasons. Ter stegen could be first choice for ten years if he joins but the price being quoted is crazy, think 20 odd mil wpuld be a more realistic fee for him and hart. Where will it leave us in home grow player quotas?

Stones in and Hart out is a 1 for 1 association quota wise, so still 4 national trained players.

Stones takes Harts place I assume

We must move in different circles because a lot of match going fans I talk to recognise the problems Joe has and are open to him being moved on if he can't prove to Pep he can do what is asked of him. On the flip side there are many others who want him to stay.
Your last line I can definitely agree with.
I will concede the point about Joe needing to adapt but 2 key points for me (1) he needs to be given a chance and he clearly hasn't yet (2) I would rather spend time converting a good goalie into being better on the ball than spending time making a good ball player into a good goalie

He hasn't won 4 golden gloves and part of the best defence in the league for 3 yrs under bobby if he is shit

Did say he was shit kazza
Love the man
Have him in my fantasy team every year
Just saying people are slating Marc's keeping skills without really thinking much on joes keeping skills.
Really don't believe it's just about footwork for me

He's been training with the squad so it's not like Pep is clueless about him. Also, there were reports joe had an attitude. We know that shit won't fly with Pep.

That's why you're not in charge of MCFC

If we replace Hart with a shit keeper then we are just replacing one problem for another.

4 of the last 5 goalkeepers city have been linked with have come from spain one of the worst country's in europe to buy a goalkeeper stegen is the same standard as caballero tho he can improve this kicking thing is not hard for goalkeepers but is for defenders and midfielders who have to make themselves available for the ball and retain it under pressure . something only yaya does right now as cabellero found last week

The real problem with Joe is he is currently one of the main leaders of first team, but unfortunately a poor one. He needs to get pumped up to perform to his best and hypes up other players, unfortunately that hyper state makes his prone to howlers. Pep I imagine wants calm, smart, intelligent footballers who keep calm under big game pressure and a different culture in the team.

Who could rightly criticise him for that? It is sad but if it comes down to Pep or Joe, Pep is the best way forward.

Is this kicking thing harder than proper sentences?

But were we not over the limit last year as we had to drop nasri or inheanacho from the champs league since then we have added nolito, gundogan, sane, zinchenko and jesus will be joining in January add ter stegen we will bound to be over the limit?

Ter Stegen is one a handful of very good young German keepers, but we should be wary because Barca bought him? Am I understanding this right?

Is that a problem for you?

We'll also have 4 argentines.

Ohh was only a matter of time before you popped up..Got any false stats to report?

Not particularly a problem but we are an English club so it's just surprising. Is there a team in The top5 leagues that have less players from their own nation?
