My comment wasn’t intended to be entirely serious, and I definitely don’t hate him.
Personally I rate him as one of the best in the game. We’re lucky to have him!

The £40 million is a better deal then that for him.City should go back to Brighton with the £50million they want but with a catch, say to Brighton, we will give you the money on one condition ? It's in instalments based on games he plays a season under his contract
so if he signs a 5 years deal and plays 30 games or more in all competitions every season, you get £10million a season, easy to work out 5 years £10million a year equals your £50million, BUT if picks up a long term injury and does not play the 30 games a season, then the price comes down by £5million every time
We buy him play for 2 seasons sell him for £30 million and make a £10 million profit.
You have one party not wanting to sell and one wanting to buy and you think a bad deal for the selling club will get this over the line.

Spoilt fans who write our team off before KO because they know what the team should be above Pep. They think they know how to negotiate transfers because they play Football Manager.
They also seem to tell us all what Pep is thinking. Crazy spoilt bunch.

Great post but the Potter and England bit let it down.I've never given Txiki's ability a second thought. Support the team
On Brighton: yes their fans are pissed off because we come for a fan favourite. They've been polite in the main on this forum and I wish them well. Their team play good football and if they could find a lethal striker would be top 8. I would also like to see Potter manage England
This is ny fear Potter moves on, not so much England as i think he would rather have club football, but to another club.
