I've had to Google that word, as I've never heard of it before. I thought it was GDM writing till i noticed your name, pal; )I do admire your chutzpah in describing a near 100% profit an insult, but if you’re available to sell houses, do please let us know. ;-)
More seriously, Ake and Phillips also have homegrown status so that naturally inflates their domestic value, which is why they are not the best comparisons.
It's had the look of a £40m - £45m signing for a few weeks now. Think that's probably about fair for everyone involved, and the market is so weird right now you can spend that in Germany and Spain and come back with a couple of top players yourself.I think he will go to you now.I think it will be £45 plus 5 add ons or a player a like McAtee with £40m cash. I don't think it will be much below 50. You paid £40m for Ake from Bournemouth, and this season you paid £45m for Phillips. £30m is an insult and these two players are good examples why we are not being out of order.
Can we also totally rule out a Gundogan extension? If they guarantee Bernardo goes next summer?I think thats the plan just a year early, could do with ALL the minutes this season grow a bit more.
Depends how gundo does this season. Can we also totally rule out a Gundogan extension? If they guarantee Bernardo goes next summer?
Call it a sweetener, he’d possibly be back up to that cripple LallanaJust don’t see why Brighton would be interested in taking a player on loan only to help his development with city. What would Brighton gain from that?
The fact it’s so quiet re this deal and the clubs remain in negotiations is a very good sign imo. Hopefully get done next week
Do you think Brighton have £40 million to give us + Cucurella???I think he will go to you now.I think it will be £45 plus 5 add ons or a player a like McAtee with £40m cash. Not exactly subtle are they? what a birthday present it would be for cucurella getting the deal agreed with Brighton today. Cmon city you know it makes sense
I would rather us keep the £1 and give them Mendy. They'd rather have the £1
Is that directly from the Argus catalogue? ;)There are a couple of ironies about Manchester City’s pursuit of Marc Cucurella.
The bidding has been opened at £30 million for Albion’s player of the year.
It is a figure which is considered ridiculous by the top figures at the Seagulls.
It is said there was laughter when the offer came in.

Albion have told Manchester City they will have to up their game considerably if they are to land Marc Cucurella.
But the door has not yet been closed on the Premier League champions as they bid to sign the Seagulls’ player of the year.
