It's actually perfect given supermarkets supply food etc and Rashford deserves major credit for securing this to add to the 200,000 meals he's already generated.Sorry to disappoint, but the Co-op have already confirmed they will be contributing over summer and asking other supermarkets to do the same, in lieu of government support.
Whether you want to credit Rashford himself or his PR team, thousands of children in difficult situations will be helped as a result.
That's a good thing surely?
