Mario's worse than Swales, worse than Ball, worse than Bradbury, Daley etc. Just the worst thing ever to have the highest goals to minutes striker in the league.

Why do fans keep quoting this minutes per goal comparison. Of course Balo has a better record than RVP he has played a fraction of the games and in fact has half the amount of premier league goals. To put it into context he has one more than Grant Holt and one less than Yakubu.

Incidentally he doesn't have a better goals per minute record than Papa Cisse or Pogbrenayk, but similar to the RVP comparison its an absolute nonsense to make a comparison.

15 goals from open play in the premier lge in two season is not eough from him. He doesn't match the work rate of other strikers, and rarely drifts out wide creating chances.

However we all know he has the ability, if he applies himself he should stay, if not we need somebody for today. We cant just keep waiting for the penny to drop with Mario.

Its great that fans defend him, but the people who know him best Mancini, Mourinho, Pandelli have all spoken about how he needs to mature if he is to realise his ability. Therefore I dont understand the need to slag off other fans if they don't agree beacuse there is strong grounds to get rid, because of the circus which accompanies him.

If you slag Balo off you get slated by some on this forum, Kolarov fill your boots.

I have always been a champion of the underdog and belived he receives a lot of unfair and unjustified criticism. Anyway I will explain further in the next Kolarov thread......
