It really isnt hard to see what happened. This rag twat clearly didnt look properly, because if he had he would have seen a huge white, 2 tonne Bentley coming down the road going the same way he was facing. He has pulled out giving Mario nowhere to go. Look at the damage, its quite clear to see whats happened. How this prick is claiming Mario was speeding etc is beyond me. He should feel the full force fo the law and be banned and made to take another driving test. He will try to claim whiplash as well no doubt.

The Corsa must have just been pulling out for the damage to be where it is..

He was allegedly doing a U-turn, seeing as the damage is to the offside of the Corsa and the near side of Mario's it looks as if the Corsa went into a spin in the U-turn before being hit by Mario's car.

I would disagree, I would say the car was only just pulling out after the corsa driver had not checkd his mirror.

I assumed the Corsa was doing a U-turn with Mario travelling in the opposite direction. The road in question is 2 lanes each way, are you saying he was so thick he started the U-turn from the inside lane when Mario was in the outside lane? Understandable I suppose as he's a rag but still pretty fucking stupid.

Thats exactly how i would say it happened. Both cars going the same way, then he pulled a u-turn from the parked position without looking properly.

That seems to be the case bud, he stated that he checked his mirror so I assume he saw marios Bentley in that. It would be impossible for the damage to be where it is if Mario was coming from the other way...
