Have you been drinking? He puts in a good shift when he's playing for us, he can do whatever he wants outside of working hours just like anyone else. Really, this is rather harsh for a prank gone wrong. Mario has done many, many things worse than this.

Personally if he performs on the pitch I don't give a fuck what he does off it as long as he respects the club.

The only thing I worry about is that Mario hurts himself. If he or his friends had been burned in that fire a lot of us might have different opinions. Thank God he is safe and we can laugh at it, that's all I care about.

As much as some wouldn't like us to be, City are a socially responsible institution. If we weren't, we wouldn't exist. Players who undermine that by flouting the Law and being socially irresponsible undermine everything about our club. Fair enough Gaz if you want a poster of Balotelli to put on the wall at home, but some of us are in it for the long term. City is more than one player and it offends me that people think otherwise.
