A few comments formulate my own opinion really. I echo what TH has stated. I think that Mario will score some important goals between now and the end of the season but I just think he is "getting in the way". It was funny to see all the unpredictable shite he's got up to but at the end of the day we're here to win football matches and unless he matures off the field then I don't see a long-term future here in terms of the negative publicity he has drawn to the club and the amount of time Mancini dedicates to one player.

But that's not what I have been trying to say, mate.

For me, he has the talent to be the best striker in the world, should he be allowed to apply himself properly over the next couple years.

However, the thread was started in the immediate aftermath of the Spuds incident.

I don't believe he will be allowed to reach his full potential in this country because of his notoriety, the agenda of refs and media, and that won't serve him or City.

If you think that he 'has the talent to be the best striker in the world' (so do I), then you really shouldn't be giving up on him yet

It was worth posting something anti-balotelli just to witness all the instant personnal attacks by "supermario" bandwagon members :-) (see "pudge" et. all)

Just goes to show the type of people who approve his behavior...bunch of insecure, teenage C.U.N.T.S. acting just like him. Getting all personnal. Internet warriors.

:-)

Now I will leave you alone with your idol.
A couple of things strike me as outstandingly idiotic about your behaviour.

1. That you think your behaviour is any less petulant than the 'bandwagon'.
2. That such is your hatred of Balotelli, you had a go at Mancini and seemed not to have noticed and then actually believe your post was simply anti-Balotelli rather than anti-Mancini. You're not wumming, that could be understood if not condoned, but you actually sincerely believe your post was just anti-Balotelli.
You might have a point there. But it's not Mancini or Balotelli for that matter that I really dislike, it's their relationship which is something that I've never witnessed before in my life.

It's outright strange, and IMO does not belong in professional football.
I do have respect for them both as player/manager. Clear?
Mancini discovered and signed Mario at the age of 15 or 16...It's no surprise that they have a relationship.

What is strange about their relationship? All I see here is a bitter Dzeko fan.

You must realise that you are not allowed to criticise Balotelli, because (to some on here) he is the greatest, most fantastic, incredible footballer to have ever walked this earth! I just wish I could see what they see.

Nah mate - just leave Dzeko out of this. Nothing to do with the lad. I have my reservations about Balotelli and I dont really see what all the fuss is about - which is what i expressed.

Furthermore I dislike all the shoulder padding between him and RM when some other players dont get the same treatment.

I know RM "discovered" Mario, but he is not Mario's personnal manager he is manager of MCFC.

Not merely a question of giving up on him, it was a question of whether we let him go to realise that potential elsewhere.

Because I wholeheartedly believe playing in England, he will never be allowed to realise it.

Hence, if City ever do arrive to a similar conclusion, (and I'm talking if he misses best part of 6-10 games a year), only someone as good as Cavani would suffice for me.

sorry,one more question.
have you ever been to maine rd/etihad ?
(by the the way i am 49 (50 on the 6th may, dont forget to post me a happy birthday)first went to maine rd in 68.

So please tell me exactly what about their relationship bothers you?

And what is this shoulder padding (patting?) you're talking about?

What treatment does he get that the "other players" (dzeko ;-) ) don't get?

Don't see what all the fuss is about? Yeah I feel the same about Edin tbh.
