Mario to hospital; dressing room bust-up?

Sounds like the skipper walked off of the the pitch like a leader planning to exercise retribution, and if what we are hearing is true, you took action that sadly was long, long overdue.

-- Sun Apr 08, 2012 8:46 pm --

considering all the fans clapped back, i doubt it was to them.

and kompany was urging the rest of the team over to clap the fans but some ignored him.

David Platt orders the City players to the away end. Tevez, Kolarov and Pizarro walk past him and down the tunnel.

This - Tevez is a cnut; I feel dirty even looking at the twat. Pizarro is a mercenary - no loyalty; his history shows that. Kolarov knows he's gone at the end of the season, he's doing a Boateng.

Too many players let the fans down today. If every game is a cup final, today's must have been the Manchester Senior Cup; that's about how much some wanted it.

lol - pathetic and embarrassing. Cover blown.

How do you what it was in relation to?
I doubt it was aimed at the fans and you could see vinnie beckoning everyone over. He was fuming

Yes i know. But i doubt Hart would say that about team mates. The arsenal fans next to us would have been giving plenty.
That's just how I saw it. Be interesting if they cover it on motd. Hansen's gonna be creaming his y fronts.

Rooney, Gerrard are more obnoxious twats than Balo. They have also committed sly and quite often reckless challenges. But becuase they are English the media let it go.

Mario wll always be in the news. It's his nature. The problem is that the media want to derail City s he gives them plenty of ammo.

I like the kid. He's also talented. But I think a parting of the ways is inevitable.

PS Mancini has been hanging him out to dry in public which is odd behaviour considering he's supposed to be a father figure to the player.

Afraid Bob's lost it.

He might be a dick and he might be a liability but there is absolutely no excuse for putting him in hospital if this is the case.

My opinion on Mario is strange. I genuinely feel sorry for the guy with the amount of negative press he gets. He's obviously capable of being a likeable guy - just watch his interview with Noel. He really does come across as a nice bloke and just hard done by.

But you just cant excuse the immaturity he has shown and his performance today was unnacceptable.

"hard done by"
what a load of crap, hard done by is losing your house because you can't afford the repayments or having a terminally ill child, not being an immature self centered individual in a team sport

I think he might have meant in relation to how he's treated on the field of play by officials, which if he did is very true.

Include the anti-Mario brigade here who of course will side for the bent Officials if its against Mario! What a sad bunch of muppets we have as City's fans.

but do you not think that the way he acts on the field reflects in the decisions that he gets from referees and not the other way around, only himself to blame for the way he is treated by referees and rival fans in my view

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet as I have jumped straight here but I am hearing the Mancini has said that Balo will not play again this season and that he is preparing to sell him in the summer, has anyone else heard this?

What Balotelli did today to Song was akin to Keane's challenge on Haaland that ended the latter's career. He should have been sent of there and then. For Mancini to then send him on for the second half, as a sending off waiting to happen, was pathetic management. Both of them acted like cowards. That is shameful when we have real men playing for the shirt, the likes of Kompany, Lescott and Hart. England's Number One even pointed to the bench when the 'Super One' was inevitably sent off, mouthing words of abuse. Khaldoon and his posse had faces like thunder and Mancini had the air of a broken man in his post-match interview.

I'm too angry to take a sensible stance but, being an average citizen from the Kippax, I am bound to say that Balotelli is a disgrace to the shirt and Mancini needs to get a grip or just fuck off. Said it now. Enough already. CTID

Well said. What really gets me is that other players do far worse things and get away with it. The hypocrisy of it all is why the opinions of the likes of Jamie Redknob and the twat Hansen will always be nonsense to me.
