Yaya looks pretty pissed off with him at the end of the extended highlights on the OS. Guess we wasn't expecting the clip across the back of his head.

i think he gets a little pi$$ed off when mario goes on his solo run prior to being fouled for his free kick, yaya makes a bursting run into the box only for mario to use him as a diversion and then be fouled, that was my view anyway.

He gave him a decent slap around the back of the head lol, I think that was his main reason for not being too happy. think he hit him a bit harder than he intended to.

Spot on. Seems to me that going OTT is more the norm on here.

City had 14 efforts on goal, Balotelli was responsible for 6 of them, 4 on target and 2 blocked, one of which resulted in Silva's goal. Hardly a "small" contribution really.

Silva's goal was all Silva being in the right place at the right time mate, it was actually not even a good shot by Balotelli.

I will give you that the contribution was more than "smal" though. I just think it wasn't "great" or "superb" either based on how people rate Dzeko or even Tevez, SWP, or Yaya for that matter.

Sometimes I wish people would look at stats before making comments, only attacker covered more ground was Tevez. Tevez scored the penalty but had no other chances. Balotelli had the most shots on goal, won the first free kick that ended up with Johnson scoring, held up the ball for the Tevez goal. Was involved in the goal Silva scored which was infact a great shot followed by a great lunging block by the defender and had two other great shots including the free kick that took a world class save to stop. Not to mention his tracking back and helping out with defense.

Put down the haterade all he lacked was a goal but Balotelli was the best attacking player on the day.

baloteli was the best offensive player out there.... if anyone cant see it,they probably doesnt know much football... thats the bottom line...
