Wonder if it would have been retaken had the keeper saved it. He's a good 3 or 4 yards off his line when it's taken. Of course that doesn't matter now.

I don't know if there is someone with such a perfect record. When we got the penalty call I quickly did a retake in my mind to recall Mario being brought on before getting excited. Its basically a guaranteed goal when he steps up to the spot.

I knock him a fair bit but want to see him do well and love to praise any City player when it is due.
You can only do what is put in front of you and he tucked it away, fair fucking play.
It took composure (just like QPR pass) and he did the biz, so fair play Mario.
Now show that composure for every minute you train and play and generally focus better and you will be as great as you think you are Mario.
Fuck the posturing, self centered, achingly monotonous loss of temperament and get doing this all the damn time, not just for sodding penalties.
