Mario's penalty.

To be honest, I would shit myself if anyone else stepped to take that penalty. It would be so Cityish (tipical city, yes, yes) to miss that.

But instead I felt it's 1:1 as soon as ref pointed to spot. His penalties are just perfect and don't make you worried a single bit.

Never in doubt Mario. Cool as fuck, & if the goal keeper did that to me, i probably would've choked.
 
How far is that goalie out of his line in that pic ^^^ ???? Still took the piss though. Super Mario!
 
I just loved the whole sequence. Weidenfeller whispers in his ear, Balotelli has a nice little smirk, rolls the ball in and has a glare at him on his way to retrieve the ball then to cap it off turns around on the way back to the center circle to give him the keep talking gesture.

Czech ref? Czech ref from that German speaking bit that Hitler nicked - the Sudetenland? I can't think of any other PL goalie who would have tried that and got away without a yeller - apart, perhaps from those useless buggers from AON!

But is it me and the decades of watching City that makes me think that the next pen Mario takes is the one he misses!
