MARK HUGHES MAY BE REPLACED BY ROBERTO MANCINI?

If there is any shred of truth in this then it needs to be brought forward to now i.e sack hughes now and bring in mancini and let him do the buying before we end up with a team full over priced premiership plodders

agree. these are panic buys. bellamy went off holding his hamstring. its going to pop pretty soon and he will face a lengthy spell out. all that money spent and he will be injured and no use after all.

The situation we are now in means we cant sack him until the end of the season earliest. By then we may have won the UEFA Cup and finished top8 in the league. Too many people are too quick with suggestions. De Niro makes a lot of good points. At the end of the day we are all blues together and should support the manager that is in charge whether we agree with them or not. We need 2 seasons (1 and a bit more) to get the squad together to challenge for the top 4 (is it now big 5 - villa?). SGE over achieved big time first half of the season and didnt have the same injury problems MH has had (Petrov particularly). To develop you need to take 1 step at a time, we cant jump steps and all of a sudden be a top 4 team. Judge him in 18 months time when he has had his team playing for a while with his signings. Zab - good buy
VK - good buy
Rob - no brainer but good buy
SWP - good buy
Bridge - Good buy

Negative thoughts again.
Yes we could but we all know there are 3 worse teams than us in this league.
If you really believe we will go down, stay at home on Saturday and dont bother posting.
I will be in the South Stand cheering on the team to what will be another 3 points - bogey team or not.

Stopped reading at south stand cheering due to unrealistic behaviour patterns.

completely disagree !
You can't disagree with the facts, 22 points after 20 games are 41 points over a season and teams have gone down with that(although your normally safe with 38). Our form is borderline relegation, that's a fact. After that it's all about opinion, my view is watching the team week in week out that they have A lot less idea today than at the start of the season and seeing as we only took 22 points from the 1st half of the year that would be a major worry, but again that part is only my opinion the figures however don't lie.
It might be your opinion but at least you’re using facts to support it.

everything is not rosy in the garden, lets also look at other facts, this season so far the premiership has been unusually tight with nothing between the teams from 12 th downwards which could also create an unusual anomaly come what May if it continued in its current trend, whose to say that 10 teams wont be involved in a relegation fight on the last day of the season?

Everybody is entitled to their opinion, and I am firmly in the stick with MH for now camp for the good of the club because I see absolutely no benefits changing the manager.

But to suggest that posters who think we are in trouble know nothing about football is ridiculous because they clearly have a valid point.

MH needs to pull his finger out like now, if our form carries on at its current trend with our points per match tally, and none of us have seen anything yet to suggest otherwise, then he surely won’t be manager for much longer.

Yes we can. We were 4th by christmas last year. With this squad, minus Robinho, minus SWP, minus Kompany.
