Mark Lawro's Predictions for our match against Everton...

One good result and they are hard to beat?? and against an under strength Arsenal..

Lawro's wrong 2 or 3 nil to us.

Will be interested to see Mancini`s approach to this game, clearly Everton`s motivation is sheer bitterness whilst ours is simply to beat an opposing team and gain the 3 points.

I wonder if Vieira will start if fit, mainly for experience but to help combat the `human Pogo stick` that is Fellaini ( and they say we over-paid for Lescott), surely that hair is beginning to approach the subject whether it`s legal or not, or are they waiting for a total eclipse first ?

Anyway, I think if we get a strong referee, stay professional and match their workrate we should win this game 1-2 or 1-3.

anyone else feeling if we win this our club will have that never lose mentality and we will go on to a top4 spot.

MEN says Vieira is in contention to start with Barry being rested for the semi!

Also SWP and Rocky should make the squad and Ned if he hasnt gone to Liverpool!

No we haven't mate we won last year but they have beat us a few times before that.I'd be happy with a draw in this one,if we get a win we really are on a roll.I don't blame Lawro really when you consider the last decent team we played away we got dicked 3-0.

Yeh but remember that was under Hughes. Robinho on the left with Sylvinho in at left back........no wonder we got stuffed.....

Everton are S H I T E and we'll score at least 3.

People are over-estimating Everton, I reckon. Yes, they're an okay (ish) Prem side: nothing more, nothing less: but as was previously posted by someone, they're hardly Barca, are they?
I see them being more wary of us than the other way round. After all, who have they got that would walk into our side? You'd be hard pushed to name a single Everton player who would make our starting eleven. There might be a couple who would perhaps make our squad and be bench-warmers, but I wouldn't swap a single one of our expected starting line-up for a single Dipper.

Mancio has instilled a different team ethic to the club, and it's one that is beginning to pay dividends.

I expect to see a hard-fought battle against Everton with neither side giving an inch, but in the end I beleive our ruthless and ultra-efficient firepower will ultimately prove too much for them. And I'm deadly serious when I predict a 0-2 score for us.

If we want to finish top 4 we have to win it. Still think this is going to be a very hard game this is basically their cup final and their biggest game of the season (They seem to hate us more than Liverpool at the moment)

We still have loads of injurys and players away at the moment can see it being a score draw.

Cheers WW, I`m happy enough with that if we get a good 65 minutes from him.
