You're deflecting from answering the question because you can't deny it.
Because your question is irrelevant.

Although by asking if it was the "greater mistake" you are at least acknowledging that MD made a mistake himself.

Which was my point.

No need for you to get insecure and bring another player into it.

Well clearly he made a mistake, he mistimed a challenge, I'd have to be deluded to deny that. Almost as deluded to deny the tackle only had to be made because of Kompany's positioning.

Why is it irrelevant? Again, a point I made earlier, if Hart spills a simple shot and a defender fouls the player chasing the rebound who would take the blame? Hart and rightly so as his mistake came first.
It's irrelevant as i wasnt debating it.

You seem rather forceful to prove a point to someone who's not arguing said point.

A point I made earlier, insecure.

Demichelis was left one on one with Messi. What would you have him do?

Ref made a mistake, and Kompany made maybe his only error in the game

Fact is we defended very well as a team, but we didn't get the breaks.

Up to you if you want to look for scapegoats. For me the only person who didn't have a good game was the referee.

Pretty much all I wanted to say but couldn't be arsed to type it.
How did the ref make a mistake? Just outside the box but definitely a red which is worse IMO

Im not arguing Kompanys share of the blame though.

I just stated MD made a mistake, not the "bigger" mistake.

Ive been dragged into an arguement i wasnt having.

By allowing play to go on despite Navas being clearly fouled. I saw that from the back of the stand 500 yards away.

Get off the guys back people, as the previous poster points out he was left high and dry by that f*cking numpty of a ref, he had to try and get a tackle in, and factually it was outside the box but the c*nt in black gave a pen anyway.

He had got more than his fair share of tackles and interceptions in during the game, and looked steady apart from a few loose balls out, far better than Lescott who came on and always looked like f*cking up.

Those that suggest MD shouldn't have made the challenge haven't yet offered an alternative.

Perhaps he should have just run after him, but at more of a jogging pace, to ensure that he didn't catch him up. Thus allowing a few people on here to pat themselves on the back and say 'I told you MD is really sloooow'

** i agree he's not quick but he's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't by some on here.
