I'm afraid i don't get all the Demechelis hysteria. Guess some fans always need a scapegoat.

He's brought a continental assurance to our play and provides quality supporting the midfield that Nastasic and Lescott don't provide.
We knew he lacked a little pace when he was bought and i'd say with that in mind he's actually exceeded my expectations. He was my choice for MOM after Silva on Saturday.

The game when he was moved into midfield also saw him ease into an unfamiliar position with comfort.

Some blues not happy unless they're bashing our own players.
I could take no more after 'continental assurance'
You have to be wum Shirley?

Let's hear your analysis then?. Waits with baited breath....

I'd love nothing more than to see this lad wearing his title-winning medal in a few weeks' time.
Why in particular him?

Only because of the shit he's had. Oh, and the fact that he had the balls to play in a new country near the end of his career. He was brought in as emergency cover but has turned into almost an ever-present.

Rest assured, I look forward to seeing all our guys with their medals.

Come on then Jose pellegrini let's see what you think.

Brilliant today.
He marshalled the defence and read the game superbly,is it coincidence his best games are along side Lescott? Made up he got on the scoresheet.

Or Hull and Fulham in the last week? He's only a Blue though so why give him any credit?

We just won 5-0 and some misery is bitching about one of the scorers.
