I was referring to his post about The Steelworkers pubSteelworks Tavern and The Vulcan are separate pubs and both still standing.

He left just before lockdown and it was purchased by a gay couple who’ve turned it into a Gin specialist place and renamed it (Piccadilly Central I think) They won’t show any football and stopped the members thing. They also refused to open “early” for any of the 12:30pm ko.
Their prerogative as owners but a shame nonetheless as Monroe’s was perfect.
