General rule of thumb to many seems to be that what can't kill you, can only make you stronger.

Works for COVID too?

Yeah, nah. Neurological inflammation can be a destructive, very nasty thing. Cat in a microwave sort of thing. Alzheimers is not a reversable thing, and COVID seems to be leaving the same patterns of destruction in the brains of patients who have died from it (COVID).

Worrying thing is, as studying this involved removing and disecting the brain, the extent of damage within survivors might not be known for some time within survivors.

Yep, that's me scaring you, because some are too thick to realise what's what out in the world and what's what inside you. Outraged? Grow up! You are protected by people who allow these scare to reach them so they can measure the risks and do something about it if neccessary.

I imagine tho some of the people I'm trying to reach won't even notice a difference, so obsessed with massive alcohol intake and becoming as ape like and 'free' as possible. Like I say - stop wearing seatbelts, stop washing your hands, drink more, take more risks, drive faster and pay less attention, shout down anyone who tells you otherwise, it's a free country.

Doesn't mean you aren't acting like little boys who need to hide how scary something MIGHT be is from each other.

Doesn't mean I sit here and wonder how much further the west can go in protecting your feelings from the realities of life.

Take care, kids.

I absolutely hate wearing masks. I've spent the winter months with foggy glasses and, for some reason, they give me a slight cough when I wear one. Other than not seeing family, wearing masks is my #1 on the list of things I hate about lockdowns. Honestly!

However, I know I've a duty to protect others, so I've religiously worn one. It is one rule I've really stuck to to the spirit and letter of the law so to speak.

However, as much as I hate them and can't wait to bin them at the moment, I think in future if I had a cold etc and I knew I was going on the tram/bus I would probably wear a mask to stop others catching it. I do think it is something that some people will continue to do in future.

Even the surgeons they're designed for probably break mask protocol from time to time. But a few bugs are good for us so it's better if we don't become robotic, mask-wearing fannies. Our immune systems would just completely fuck off within a generation or two. Yes I liked George Carlin.
Imagine if they did masks for real fannies. I’d bring out the Old Trafford collection and get minted. A selection from my catalogue:

- The Penandes Muff Mask, trimmed with synthetic ferret fur, would go down a treat with those who love to go down.

- Thanks to vibrating vulva technology, the Wio Minge Fringe would enhance the most modest camel toe. No self-respecting growler should be without one.

- The Shaw Clopper Whopper (patent pending), with expanding gusset, would bring a stop to dribbles. Well, some of the time.

- Last but not least, Saint Marcus’s Whisker Biscuits would be distributed free to any cnut that can’t afford the others.

It used to be "conspiracy theory nutters" wearing masks.

Now people not wearing them are more likely to be classed as the same.

I found that the mask clashed with my tinfoil hat, which was a bit of a fashion faux pas. That's why I don't wear it anymore. I'm sure fellow conspiracy theorists have followed suit.

We can't live life doing nothing because we might have something wrong with us. By the time you get the all-clear from every potential thing, you'd be dead. People have to get on and live the life they've got.
