I think acceleration of the delta's going to cause us immense problems but more so on the continent were the level of immunization is not as advanced.

If you want to stay indoors forever because you are scared of everything then crack on. At some point we have to go out again. If you don't want to take risks then don't, but some people are comfortable going out and mixing with other people and accepting the risks that brings. You are probably one of those people who likes to see trees cut down so that kids can't climb them to get conkers.

I'm not sure how it's going in the UK but here in Spain we've been out and about living a fairly normal life for months now. Everything is open and the streets are busy so not much sign of people scared to leave the house.
Is this a problem back home? Are people genuinely not leaving their houses through fear?

I think most people here want the same, but a few seem to want to maintain the lockdown, just in case. That was the point I was making. We need to get on with it at some point.
