Looking good, still don't quite 'get' Gundogan and what he does as I think other players are better going forward and other players are better defensively, he's just an almost filler for me. Think Sane on for Mahrez, Sterling back on the right and let Kev lose for half an hour for Gundogan.

Just a bit sloppy here & there.

And yet people are upset. We're playing Arsenal, not the worst West Ham side ever.

People getting on Gundogan's back, yet he's been far more involved than Bernardo for me. Wasted a great counter opportunity with a poor pass, but at least showing for it. Sometimes doing nothing seems to get you a free pass.

Mendy is no shadow of Delph position-wise and cutting inside, but then Delph is no a scratch on Mendy bombing forward - conundrum to be solved.

We need bernardian mendelph, apparently he’s available for £300m

There was a point in that half where we were 5 onto 3. Gundogan in possesion. A simple ball 10 yards to his right to put Mahrez in and he just pokes it 3 yards. Things like that is what piss fans off.

Unfortunately, it’s a perfect example of what I was talking about in his performance thread earlier this week.

He’s done it several times more this match, as well.

Surprised Bernardo hasn't been more involved, pre-season he was excellent.
