Of course it is. He doesn't change his play for anyone and that brings success, but success doesn't happen every season. If he had changed our tactics in previous seasons because we looked poor we wouldn't have won. The machine is broken but some on this sub would have us get a sledgehammer out to fix it.

We struggled to beat that team and people here simply refused to accept that and said soton deserve to be higher on table than they were.Just goes to say the assessment skills of many here,btw they were the same we are still second on table brigade
