Not as bad as I thought it would be. Not really good enough either.

Foden needs to find shame. Prime Kev or Dave would grab this type of game by the balls.
It’s no wonder we want another young creative midfielder. Foden’s confidence is shot

Rico having a decent game, but as a team we look terrified out of possession
He's doing ok but fact is with him being the player who has most of our possession going forward it is easy to see why we are incapable of blowing teams away - too slow and his long range passing is non existent. Our midfield has been terrible again not an ounce of creativity and we don't seem to want to play the ball forward with any pace.

Half time Gundo off, Doku to run at Cash, won't happen. Anyone notice when Foden had a chance for one and one to go straight into the box but instead he just passed it backwards to retain possession. Gvardiol now never goes for an overlap neither Lewis. These players are better than this, they need to take a bit more of risk in attack. Can't get over how bad Gundo is, pls Pep change him. FFS...

So susceptible to the counter yet again, it stands out a mile. Got to move the ball quicker, seem to be stifling ourselves with a lack of movement at times.

I think we're actually playing reasonably well in the circumstances. The problem is we don't really look like scoring, whilst they look threatening every time they break. Never really thought we could win this one, but there are glimmers of hope though that might be slowly turning the corner once we get a few more players back. Grealish has been really bright on the left hand side.
