Liverpool simply took their foot off the gas the last seven or eight minutes.

They can afford to play on the counter.

A decision has to be made re our goal difference at some stage.

I said last week, lose a battle, can still win the war.

The gap will still be four points after Wednesday night.

The only positive to this is that if we do lose, Chelsea are right back in it with probably all to play for at Anfield.

Why wasn't Milner starting today . Pellergrini got the team selection all wrong again . Are midfield was all over the place yet again . So no lessons learned from the Southampton match . Its a fucking disgrace .

There was never any chance of Dzeko breaking through their defence, Aguero should have been on from the start. I'm expecting a versus bayern munich style comeback.
