Germans call the, AZ Miland with a slight accent (I just asked my Swiss-German wife to confirm) and Spanish people usually refer to them as Milan or El Milan.

This is fascinating. I'm going to ask someone from a China and someone from Pakistan tomorrow and will report back with my findings.
I'll check with several Australians and a person that used to work at Euro Disney.
