obviously great to be ahead but flippin' Nora, not exactly our greatest performance at home
Piss poor. Ironically it's our attack that is letting us down. Yaya and Fernando are doing well in the middle and our defence is rock solid but we break down when we attack.

Got to sort out the mid field in 2 nd half.So far not so good but still managed a goal. That pass from Nasri to Silva inside the box was fantastic.

Second game of the season there is ring rust. Our passing is not as sharp as normal, but the goal was well taken by Jovetic.

I think Clichy has been great in defence, and Fernando has played well.

Just like last year. Teams will have to get through the first 15-20 minutes where Liverpool comes out swinging. Do that and win. Most teams won't be able to though. They just go so hard from the beginning.

I'd give them 6 out of 10 to be honest. And us 4 or 5. Neither side has impressed.

Nasri MoM so far.

I was just about to say he's been shocking.

Given the ball away constantly, offered nothing going forward, slowed play down when we looked dangerous. I'd replace him with Milner or Navas immediately,

To be fair, everyone's been guilty of that. I've never seen Silva give the ball away so cheaply, so often.

or maybe play properly from the start. that liverpool threat can be nullified even at the start by playing 3 in the midfield or keeping possession to normal standard. in this match we have kept possession very carelessly.
