At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what formation you play if Kyle Walker is going to stop playing and become a spectator when someone plays a ball in behind, and just watch his man tap the ball in from a rebound - after playing the runner onside in the first place.

I like him but that's the worst thing he's ever done in a City shirt.
No I think you’ll find he’s done worse.

Fucking hell, Peps this, Peps that, Peps a moron (wtf?).

Get behind the team and think rationally FFS.

We get more players in the box, we win the game.

Pep will sort it, 3-1 City.
That’s one of big problems though whatever formation we play we don’t ever get enough players in the box usually 1 or 2 max everyone else wants to be on the edge the box

Not sure why Pep has to worry about their attack. If anything, it’s Lyon that should be worrying about City’s.

Normal formation with Bernardo, Rodri and Foden, and Kevin may have made this a different game.

I’m starting to doubt we’ll ever win the Champions League with Pep.

Walker, Cancelo, Gundogan, Rodri, KDB, Ferna, Sterling, Raz have all been amazing for the club. Ake, Koulibaly or Torres isn’t going to make the team that much better.

This is all down to the tactics, and Pep is to blame for this 0-1. Sure one could argue this is ”bad luck” but we have no creativity going forward.

I’ve always said ”give Pep a lifetime contract” but these displays makes me wonder. It’s the fourth time in a row now. Even Pellegrini did better in UCL.

Pellegrini might have got to the semi-final but he did exactly the same thing , he bottled it.
