Lol, its unbelievable thats not even a yellow. Pelle should pull a Monk and go complain to the Referee association about this bullshit.

Last I checked we had the highest number of yellows against our players for the fewest fouls and also the the least yellows given against teams playing us.

Anybody that claims that a real prospect of Silva getting injured after three minutes or so dawned and dominated their thought before the start of the game is just deceiving themselves.The manager also did not expect this and if Silva is indeed seriously injured (which I hope not) we cannot blame the manager, it is just an unfortunate incident.

The approach and attitude of the players have been good so far and they have played well. It was just an unfortunately familiar defensive lapse with some comical goalkeeping that makes the score what it is but we are playing well at the moment.

the manager should always expect an injury and for that reason he should save his best players for more important games, especially if two of them are within 6 days with your closest rivals and a match that would determine whether we can increase our chances of CL knockout qualification

I'm not jumping on anyone's back in particular, but in fairness we've not been at the races since the season began. A few good results have papered over this, half the time we look like we're still in pre season mode. I find it rather worrying how pedestrian and predictable we seem to have become. Just like after our last title winning season, we seem to have taken a backward step, and too many players are fast becoming passengers. It also seems a lot easier to break us down this season. I'm not ashamed to admit, for the first time in a long time, I'm genuinely worried about the upcoming derby, on our showings this far. However I hope I'm wrong.
