Alvarez resembles an ant trying to punch a hole in the damn.

It's a worrying trait that he reminds me a little of Torres, in that you forget he is playing most of the time?

Palmer and Mahrez occupying the same spaces, which is frustrating to watch.

Must admit, I am finding watching City a bit of a grind of late, certainly since the derby.

Sick of seeing parked busses and us far too passive.

Alvarez has shocked me. I thought after his two goals against Forest we had a real find and only Haaland was keeping him out. Since then anytime he's played he's been invisible. Yes I know it's early days blah blah blah but a massive improvement is needed there. Mahrez, well his form has fallen off a cliff. Only marginally less invisible than Alvarez and for a player of his ability and experience that's a real worry. Grealish flits in and out and flatters to decieve. Boring as hell and except for the Rags game and Forest and Bournemouth, where we expected to win, we have been pretty flat and boring to watch. We miss the pace and energy/experience of Sterling and Jesus.

For their goal Dias berates our 5 foot left back for not getting close to a 6 foot 5 attacker while he marks no one.
Your correct , we have Laporte and Dias to look after their big men and they were both nowhere to be seen , so Dias blamed the nearest player who has a massive height diadvantage ,Dias needs to buck his ideas up and take responsibilty in the that back four ,he is not the player he was 18 months ago.

How does Mahrez stay on and Grealish off ??? Grealish time at city coming to an end sadly.
