He played in 39 out of those 42 league games.

He probably played pretty much every minute of those 39 games, though, as in-game substitutions weren't a thing back then.


Is the all-comps record 61 goals? I think I heard somewhere that it was the 60 league goals, plus only one other goal.

And Ealing didn't play in an era where they played 2 at the back

Yep, that is my point. He will have played substantially more minutes.
