How can it be a foul if it isn’t given? Regardless if you think it is or not, the fact it hasn’t been given makes it not a foul.

Surprised to be 2 up after that performance but we will take it. I'd make a change at half time as the front three are just pissing about and not holding the ball at all. We've hardly had a sniff around their box whereas we are normally camped around it.
Sterling is not playing well, Mahrez is gifting the ball away at will and Ederson is all over the place.
Can't see Pep being remotely pleased with that showing, delighted to be 2 up obviously but the midfield...where is it?

Football’s a funny game. We’ve played great some games and struggled to score. This game we’ve been shite and we’re two up. I’ll take it, but our passing game and ball control has been mediocre.

I find it hilarious that people will sit on here and say 9 or 10 of our league leading, 3-titles-in-4-years players are shit instead of saying "Oh actually Newcastle are playing pretty well here".

City don’t normally make this many mistakes, bad touches, poor passes, unforced errors etc against teams a lot better than Newcastle are playing today. Newcastle have been a lot more aggressive than I expected but City have been well off it.
