Grealish had a very good first half.Foden and Haaland working well too.Haaland will hopefully shut the dickheads up a bit now.

I don’t think he has a choice with cancello with him.

There are time when cancelo is no where near. He just cant make quick decisions. Holding on to the ball too long , waiting to be fouled. Maybe he should play in the middle.

I agree they will tire but it was a poor showing.

I think you may want to go watch the Liverpool and United matches and then come back to us with your thoughts about our first 45 minutes of the season being a “poor showing”.

I think everybody is forgetting that its a hot day and this can drain the players. So they need to slow down the game to keep the energy levels!

We are still very rusty but eventually we will get there! Also the players need to look for Erling when crossing a bit more. All our crosses bar the one from Foden where never close or around him!

Controlled the pace of the game and reduced the crowd to almost library levels of noise. Excellent 1st half imo.

Really good performance..Cancelo is just amazing. KDB is not getting the ball much interestingly. Come on lads kill the game!
