Haaland hides behind the defender in these 10 man behind the ball games.
He doesn’t make it easy for a winger to pick him out.
He rarely makes a run to the front post.
Wonderful player and his goal scoring record speaks for itself. But he’s very frustrating in these types of games.

Yet another goalie in the mould of Flekken who pulls out worldies when we are the opposition.

So so so ANNOYING.

Because unless a chance falls to Haaland or someone pulls a rabbit out the hat like Gvardiol our shooting is probably the least effective in the league. We create more chances so sometimes get away with it, but we need about 15 shots for a goal, whereas most PL sides score at least one from their few chances against us.

I think if the goals are going to have to come from our less “regular” sources (eg Josko), Jack does better with the little one twos on that side.

But he's leaving Gvardiol entirely on his own, allowing Wolves to get out down that side. Their goal comes because Doku goes diving in when he should hold shape.
