I reckon he's been offered to us but either for stupid money or including Brahim in the deal, who real are always sniffing after. Not surprised if we've told em to swivel.

French sources say that Kante is staying at Chelsea. So midfield 3, Jorghino, Kante and Kovavic. Fabregas in reserve. If Kante not going to PSG unlikely Verratti will be leaving.
Our options seem limited at this point.
I thought we had already let it be known hat none of these people are included in our 'options' ?

At this point in the transfer window, if you dont want to overpay, keep within your budget and not get ripped off...getting a player of Kovacic's level/experience on a loan deal, would seem a great bit of business....

Not really, unless there is an option to buy at an acceptable price.
City don't really do short-termism these days.

We should. Would save us lots of headache. Especially in scenarios where we have young guys who may develop beautifully. It's a good way to hedge your bet.Not really, unless there is an option to buy at an acceptable price.

If the guy turns out to fit like a glove, then you buy him. If he is just okay then he covers until your young guy is ready.
Loans are fabulous. And EUFA can't touch you.
