I wonder if our Champions League draw will have a bearing on another incoming or not.

Easy draw = no rush
Harder draw = another body in.

Yep, was expecting it.

Willing to pay £90m+ for Rice in a bizzare last minute bid, willing to pay well over the odds in £85m for Paqueta but now won't pay £60m for Nunes.

City have been quite weird this summer transfer window.

The way I see it is we were prepared to pay 80- 90m for Rice or Paqueta because they could cover a few positions.

But then we bought Doku for more than we wanted. So now we don't have 80m+. We have 55m.
