Tbf I’ll rely on Pep & City’s assessment over a Wolves fan watching him in their team. If anyone is going to make him him in our team it’ll be Pep.A mate of mine is a Wolves season ticket holder...
He says he may shine in a top team as he has shown flashes of brilliance on occasion, but he's very surprised we're in for him. He said he loses possession too much and his general passing is no where near good enough for a Guardiola/City side.
We are not signing him because of the G+A. His take-ons, progressive passes, and carries are exceptional. He is REALLY FAST. He is a hard worker, box-to-box type, press-resistant, and has the ability to play through balls and dribble. For me, he is like a mixture of Jack, Kovacic, and Bernardo. Obviously, not as good (yet), but a great prospect. Most importantly, Pep rates him extremely highly. Perhaps most importantly, gives Rodri a rest due to his significant defensive contribution.
Hmmm...
He's a better option than Paqueta.
Rodri 6-8
Grealish 5-7
Foden 15
Kovacic 5
Doku 8
Alvarez 15-20
Bernardo 10-12
Haaland 4 million
Dont worry lad ;)
This is a very very strange move, he's basically the same player as Kovacic
Not that Kovacic hasn't slotted in seamlessly, but why are we going after the same kind of profile
Look he's a good player, so happy to welcome him, just wasn't the player I thought we'd target
Fair enough but he's not been able to change Phillips.Tbf I’ll rely on Pep & City’s assessment over a Wolves fan watching him in their team. If anyone is going to make him him in our team it’ll be Pep.
