No different than managers who are sent off and still communicate with the bench - in this case, pizza boy is surely conducting business as usual but through an intermediary lawyer, meaning the FIFA ban is utterly useless and amounts to a small ding to his already poor reputation
Oriol Domenech is someone who is considered Tier 1 for Barcelona info and he says the only holdup for De Ligt's signing is Raiola and the 20% cut he is pushing for - everything else with the player is in line with what the club hoped to pay

If Raiola is getting 20% then he's involved in the deal, right now.
Therefore, if the deal goes through it should be stopped before the player is signed, as this would be a bigger & more obvious breach of UEFA sanctions than anything we have been accused of.
