Its not worth appealing as they will set another hearing date and that will be outside the window. Unless we really want him and then he can sign in the summer or tell the FA that the fax machine is being very very slow today.

Right that happened to us was it with big Phil, we got him on appeal the final day I think.

could it be that we expected the first work permit application to fail due to the top75 rule but we are expecting to get it through on appeal on the "exceptional talent" argument.
