Apparently 'Arry was interested in him whilst at Pompey (this was when he played for Helsingborg) but gave up due to work permit issues, if there's a history of trouble with this player regarding getting a permit then it seems odd we'd try and bring him in, with less than 4 hours to go to the deadline, and then get caught out with this. A bit poor to be honest, why not try this signing a few days ago and then, should the permit application fail, move on to another target?
