McCarthy Sacked - Wolves

If Wolves gets relegated then Warnock will be perfect to get them back up.

Would they appoint Warnock immediately and stick with him if they get relegated this season? I'm presuming the replacement they're looking for is someone who will keep them up this season. The situation at Leeds has gone quiet, too.

They can't defend at home for some reason this year - strange because last season they had some great results at Molineux.

I like him but not surprising he's lost his job after yesterdays result. They've lost 5 of their last 6 at home and drawn the other - time for the owners to try something new before it's too late.

Very surprised, I still think he would've kept them up. Bruce will relegate them if he gets it. And he will bend over and spread em for the rags as usual.
As well as buying any crap baconface doesn't want.

I thought he done very well, harsh sacking in my opinion.

He bought some decent players in his reign. I'm sure he could have turned it around.

I have never understood managers getting sacked right after the window has shut.

wouldnt let him take my bins out let alone manage a club...

long over due i reckon

Wolves are probably one of the best financially run clubs in the country.

He didn't spend an awful lot and worked well with what he had.

Compare that to Roy Keane, Steve Bruce etc, who were in a similar league position yet squandered close to 100m each
