MCFC Kit Survey

Might listen regarding design and colour options, but they're not going to do anything that affects their profit margins (i.e. making anything vaguely good quality).

I've only ever bought one thing from Nike. A pair of trainers. They lasted less time than any other pair I've had. And I had Mercury trainers. Wish Adidas got the contract tbh.

Excellent survey, completed with a smile on my face.

Shame you missed out the white and sky blue away/3rd strip, that was a cracking shirt.

I'm collecting as much feedback as possible, including posts on the relevant threads so I'll include that, do you have a year for that shirt, is it the Sven version or an earlier version?

Blimey, it was 2007/08 shirt how time races by, I thought it was an umbro one in my head but it was Le Coq, so maybe best left off after all lol

Sorry.

There's no reason why Nike can't do two shirts. On for the players using the new lighter material, and one for the fans using cotton, both with the same design.

That would stop the fans complaining about the snagging issues.

There are two shirts in production.
If you look closely the player issue shirts have black dots/air holes under the sleeves whereas the fans 'replica' shirts don't

Question 2 just makes it into a Umbro Lovers whinge .... 5 Umbro choices to 1 Nike option. ..... for it to be credible, you have to be objective and add all the manufacturers we've had, Kappa, Reebok, Umbro, Nike, Le Coq etc.

I'm no fan of the current Nike crap but, i prefer the white Le Coq Thomas Cook kit when Eriksson was in charge to anything since. so cant do that question.

is .... 1 the best or is 5 the best .... its very confusing ..... thank god i can can put the same for each one cos the choices are all crap lol

City will just read that and think, 'Umbro bumlickers'

I think the essence of it is that Nike owned Umbro and so gave us a certainly quality under one moniker and then removed it to suit themselves.

If I listed every manufacturer the survey would be unmanageable. The later questions offer you the chance to put forward your favourite kits out of all of them and besides the white kit under Sven was a third kit so wouldn't have been part of #2. The first few questions focuses on the comparison of what Nike used to offer us compared to now and the later ones offer you the chance to express your opinion on all our past kits and put forward ones you like.

1 is the best, 5 is the worst, they are ranked questions and that is how rankings work.
