MCFC U16's

Its more than probable he is simply supporting a mate, but certainly his timing is poor.....and it isnt the cleverest thing to do...... however,he's a kid who probably should be awarded the benefit of the doubt and simply given a quiet word regarding appropriate conduct.
Given the mood on here at the moment I'm a little surprised nobody has demanded that he gets strung up.

That said, isn't it a little peculiar for a (presumably) grown man to be following a 16 year kids twitter? (not aimed at you FI, just in case you were wondering)

So I assume that's aimed at me?

Very unfair that Colin.Hes an extremely talented, potential first team prospect that is updating his progress via his social media. The youth teams are of interest to many for obvious reasons......to speculate that following these prospects for any other reason simply isn't on.

So this is what Tyrese Campbell retweeted yesterday. I'm not sure why he keeps sharing pro-united stuff publicly (mainly regarding Rashford) but he definitely has a soft spot for them. You'd think that someone would be having a word as a representative of MCFC.

Before anyone starts, I'm not having a go and as he's a top prospect, I hope he stays with us. I just don't think players should ever be showing love to the enemy, especially after the derby.

Pretty sure he's off. Lives local to me and I've heard from a lot of people he's probably going to Arsenal. He feels he's been held back and should be playing a higher level. To be fair, he has been banging them in...

Yeah, it's not surprising and is the impression he's giving at the minute. Arsenal would be an interesting one.

Maybe he should be playing at a higher level, but if he looks ahead he surely can't see past Lukas Nmecha who has been great for the U18s.

Would be a shame as he tears up the u16s. Although how many kids have we seen that fail to take that form into the older age groups.

Jeez, he only turned 16 less than 3 months ago. Considering we jump from U16 to U18's does he really think he should be with the U18's? With Pep coming in the Summer you'd think that he'd want to stay if only for the experience of learning from him but that's his attitude then regardless of talent or potential then we're best off without him I'm afraid.

Yeah, probably, apologies. I guess the mood on here got to me despite my best efforts.

That said, going off a later post perhaps I was wrong to dismiss a teenagers tweets as unimportant. Sad if true and I hope the lad doesn't regret it.

Lets not jump to conclusions,at best its a kid who's straining at the lead and is confident enough to believe he has the ability to make an impact,or,at worst, there is an attitude that either needs addressing or we have another Sturridge type situation.

Time will tell, but if there is any truth to his discontentment.....and he isn't up for plying his trade at the best academy in the country under the management of the best coach, then more fool him.

Seems like the 14s could be even more of a golden generation winning 24 (twenty four) -0 tonight, albeit against "some Spanish side" according to one of the players haha

*EDIT*
Seems as though it was only 23-0.

Sack the lot of 'em...
