I just can't understand how someone could not find this much better than usual atmosphere on English stadiums

Drums should be barred from every ground.

I'd rather drums and that song with the team name changed to "City City" or something like that, be better than what we're heading towards now (half-finished versions of Blue Moon, quarter-complete versions of Hark Now Hear, and more regularly... nothing).

Pains me to say it but it will never happen. We may have the occasional good atmosphere but English atmosphere will always be piss compared to the continent. We are too health and safety conscious.

You have to admit the munich fans were mint last night,

The aris fans were even better,

yeah maybe it wouldn't work like that in the UK but least we can have a try with more flags the ones last night that went up looked mint.


City fans have always been known to be the best weather it be bananas or the poznan the coms would sound mint with some sort of "ultra group" ( and this doesn't always mean a group of hoodlums) it means fans that love there club and places have a political view on things.

I have always refused to go to games when we have played portsmouth because there drumming guy really fucks me off but if it was done in the right way then it would sound mint.

It doesn't have to be drums but some kind of chat then fans just going mad would look great like the little kid at the Celtic match will try and find the vid.

One of the differences is we go to watch the game, they go to sing and chant. I was sat near the Aris mob and a large proportion were facing away from the pitch all game. With the talent weve got on display at the moment i cant see us getting anything going more than we already do - its pretty good when we're fired up tbh

I don't get the people saying it won't work in the UK, Celtic have done it with the Green Brigade, their atmosphere was just as bad as ours before them.

we NEED an ultra group or an organisation or that sort in my opinion.

the one thing that makes the atmosphere better at the ground they have shoved up into the third tier. why? i do not know? most of the atmosphere is banter an that goes when the away fans are in the third tier!!!

Too fucking right with ticket prices as they are! I wouldn't want to turn up and find some big fuck-off flag waving in front of me half the time.
