i was angry at our line up the other day, it not only makes a defeat pretty likely it robs the fans of seeing "city". the fans overseas wait and wait to see city in the flesh and we put almost 11 subs out. then there are the fans who follow the team over there, they will have paid a fair few quid to get out there only to see that side put out.

better please city.

2 games in 2 days and half the starters not even there, I expect to see a blended side again from the squad including some of the guys who didnt play against Sporting, but for each Adebayor I expect to see a more established name replaced with a fringe player or prospect, we are after all a squad now and off the top of my head there is no Tevez, Kolarov, Silva, Boateng, De Jong, Santa Cruz, Robinho, Ballotelli, Milner ;o)

Giving Tutte, Mee, Kay etc. first-team experience > winning the Barclays Challenge or whatever it is. Isn't that part of the point of pre-season?
